The ultraviolet sterilizer used in liquid fertilizer production is a highly efficient physical sterilization equipment. Its main function is to kill bacteria, viruses and other microorganisms in the liquid through ultraviolet irradiation, thereby ensuring the safety and effectiveness of liquid fertilizer. The working principle of the ultraviolet sterilizer is based on the biological effect of ultraviolet rays, especially the bactericidal ability of the UV-C band (253.7nm), which can destroy the DNA structure of microorganisms and make them lose their ability to reproduce and cause disease.

In liquid fertilizer production, ultraviolet sterilizers usually adopt a pipeline or closed design to ensure that the liquid can be evenly exposed to ultraviolet rays when flowing through the sterilizer. This design is not only efficient in sterilization, but also simple to operate and easy to maintain.

The working principle of the UV sterilizer is to use ultraviolet rays (UV-C band) to irradiate liquids, destroy the DNA or RNA structure of microorganisms (such as bacteria and viruses), make them lose their replication ability or activity and die, thereby achieving the purpose of disinfection. The specific process is as follows:

1.Water flow in: The liquid enters the ultraviolet disinfector through the water inlet.

2.Ultraviolet irradiation: The liquid flows through the quartz sleeve area equipped with ultraviolet lamps, and the ultraviolet rays of about 253.7nm emitted by the lamps penetrate the liquid and destroy the DNA or RNA structure of microorganisms.

3.Bactericidal effect: The bactericidal efficiency of ultraviolet rays is proportional to the wavelength, radiation intensity and irradiation time. Under normal circumstances, the irradiation dose must meet certain standards to ensure the killing rate.

4.Water out: The liquid after ultraviolet irradiation flows out from the water outlet to complete the disinfection process.
