Composition structure

Tank: used to hold liquid or slurry, usually made of SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel, with the characteristics of corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance.

Stirring device: including agitator, motor, reducer, etc., to achieve material mixing through the rotation of the stirring blade.

Jack: used for heating or cooling, the jacket material can be Q235-B or SUS304, and the form includes full jacket, semi-circular coil jacket, etc.

Inlet and outlet: convenient for adding and discharging materials.

Sealing device: such as mechanical seal or packing seal to ensure the sealing performance of the tank body and prevent material leakage.

Other accessories: such as thermometer, pressure gauge, liquid level gauge, sight glass, respirator, etc., for monitoring and operation.

Working principle
The working principle of the stainless steel mixing tank is to make the material move axially and radially in the tank through the rotation of the agitator, thereby achieving shear mixing and diffusion mixing. The specific process is as follows:

Material input: Add the raw materials into the tank according to the formula ratio.

Mixing process: When the agitator rotates, the material generates centrifugal force in the tank, the upper blade presses the material downward, and the lower blade throws the material upward. Through the action of the baffle, the medium is fully mixed in a short time.

Heating or cooling: According to the process requirements, the material temperature is adjusted by the heating medium or cooling medium in the jacket.

Discharging: After the mixing is completed, the mixed material is discharged through the discharging device.
