Working Principle

Semi-wet materials crusher machine mainly utilizes the impact, shearing and friction between the high-speed rotating hammer and the material to achieve pulverization. The motor drives the main shaft to rotate, driving the hammer installed on the main shaft to rotate at high speed. When the semi-wet material enters the pulverizing chamber, the high-speed rotating hammer hits the material violently to break it. At the same time, the material will be further refined by the shear force and friction force in the pulverizing chamber.

The pulverized material is discharged through the screen, and the material that does not meet the particle size requirements continues to be pulverized in the chamber until it reaches the required particle size. This working principle enables the semi-wet materials crusher machine to effectively handle semi-wet materials and improve pulverization efficiency and quality.
