Working Principle

The Screw Extrusion Dehydrator is a physical squeezing method that separates water from solids. The raw materials enter the screw press dehydrator and the dehydrator starts working. There is a screw shaft inside the screen of the Screw Extrusion Dehydrator, and the screw gradually pushes the raw materials forward. As the volume of the screw cavity decreases, the pressure of the raw materials also increases, forcing the water in the raw materials to squeeze out of the screen and flow out of the drain pipe. The discharge speed and moisture can be adjusted through the adjustment device at the front end of the screw press dehydrator to meet your different needs.
