Liquid packaging machine is an automated packaging equipment for liquid fertilizer (such as water-soluble fertilizer, foliar fertilizer, etc.), which is widely used in agriculture, chemical industry, food and other industries. The structure of liquid packaging machine usually includes the following main parts:

Fluid conveying system: used to convey liquid fertilizer from the storage box to the filling head to ensure the continuous supply of materials.

Filling system: including filling valve body, metering pump (such as pneumatic plunger pump) and filling head, used to accurately control the filling amount of liquid fertilizer.

Sealing system: including vacuum sealer or heat sealer, used to seal the packaging bag or container to prevent leakage.

Labeling system: used to print batch number, date and other information on the package and affix labels.

Control system: adopts PLC programming control, combined with touch screen operation interface to realize automatic control of equipment.

Conveying system: used to transport the packaged products to the next process or storage area.

The working principle of the liquid packaging machine can be summarized as the following steps:

Material preparation: Liquid fertilizer is transported to the storage box through a pipeline. A stirring device is installed inside the storage box to prevent material stratification.

Filling: According to the set filling volume, the liquid fertilizer is injected into the packaging container through a metering pump. The filling head can be adjusted to accommodate containers of different shapes.

Sealing: After filling, the sealing mechanism seals the packaging bag or container to ensure sealing.

Labeling: After sealing, the labeling machine prints the batch number, date and other information on the package and affixes a label.

Conveying: The finished product is transported to the next process or storage area via a conveyor belt.
